Flank Steak

Flank steaks are the trusty player that you know will never let you down, they are our version of the 12th man. These guys are perfect when it comes to absorbing marinades, flavors, and seasonings. We recommend grilling or searing in a hot pan, allowing to rest for a minimum of 10 minutes, and then slicing thin. This will allow for optimal flavor and tenderness. These steaks do great in steak sandwiches, as fajitas, in a stir fry, or as a hearty steak dinner.
